By downloading, installing, or using Kommand, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

1. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install Kommand on devices you own or control
• Use Kommand for personal, non-commercial purposes

This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

2. In-App Purchases

Lifetime Unlock

Kommand offers a one-time "Lifetime Unlock" purchase that removes the free tier app limit. This purchase:

• Is a one-time, non-recurring payment
• Grants unlimited app slots permanently
• Is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on other devices
• Is processed entirely through Apple's App Store
